Tasty food, friendly service. Wasn't busy, tucked away in the corner the shopping centre. No fuss Japanese food done well at decent price.

Small hidden Izakaya in the local Centre with plentiful parking. Owner makes most of the sushi with the help with some staff. Small store that has a bar area in front of the chef. Decent seating for 1-2 people but a group of 5 also fits. The sashimi was fresh and decent portion sizing. I don’t think liquor is available for sale but I recommend the various teas for a cozy warm meal.

Absolutely one of the best places I have eaten in Cape Town. I could not even make a single complaint even if I tried. All the food was 10/10 - flavours, balance of spices, umami it was all there! And what’s better the prices are very very affordable, will be back, alot!

Authentic delicious Japanese food at an affordable price. Just had their Bento box lunch. It was fabulous!
